KCNA reported on the 12th that Kim Jong-un, Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of North Korea, issued a decree to approve the Treaty of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership signed between North Korea and Russia.
Kim Jong-un signed the relevant decree on the 11th, the report said. The treaty will take effect from the date of the exchange of ratification instruments between the two sides.
In June this year, Kim Jong-un and Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the Treaty of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in Pyongyang.
